How does it work?
Each LED is individually addressable, so the controller lights them in a pattern instead of all at once. Spread evenly down the front of the tree, those points of light form a visible animated picture.
Is it hard to install?
No. Hook the star topper near the peak, let the strands fall into place, spread them evenly and plug the controller into any USB port. Most setups take about ten minutes and need no tools.
What designs can I choose from?
Santa Claus, Snowman, Reindeer, Elf, Candy Cane, Sleigh Ride, Christmas Tree, Teddy Bear, Aurora Borealis, Snowflake, Red Bow and Star Burst, with more scenes added in the app over time.
Will it fit my Christmas tree?
Recommended for trees about 5 to 7.5 ft tall. The flexible strands adjust to slim, full or extra-wide tree shapes.
Can I use it every Christmas?
Yes. Coil the strands back into the box after the season and it is ready again next year.
Is it safe around kids and pets?
It runs on low voltage (5V USB-C) and produces little heat; the flexible wire stays soft for everyday home use.
Do I need a special plug or adapter?
No. It is USB-C powered, so it works with any USB charger, power bank, laptop or wall adapter you already own.

When will my order arrive after shipping?
Under normal circumstances, delivery takes approximately 10–14 days after the order is shipped.

Returns
How can you return an item?
- If you are not satisfied with the product, as long as the product is in good condition, you can return it within 30 days after receipt. Under normal circumstances, the refund process will be completed within 2-4 working days after the warehouse receives the goods.
What if I receive an unsatisfactory item or the size doesn't fit?
- If there is a quality issue with the product, the return shipping cost will be borne by the seller.
- For non-quality issues (e.g. unsatisfied with the item or wrong size chosen), returns and exchanges are accepted, but the buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
Return shipping options and costs
For customers in the United States, eligible returns or exchanges can usually be sent to a local forwarding warehouse, with return shipping typically costing only $10–$20. We will cover the return shipping cost for product quality issues. For non-quality-related returns or exchanges, the buyer is responsible for return shipping. For customers outside the United States, we will also do our best to offer a similar solution and minimize any return shipping costs you may need to pay.
