When will my order arrive after shipping?
Under normal circumstances, delivery takes approximately 10–14 days after the order is shipped.
- FREE SHIPPING WORLDWIDE - Import duties or taxes may apply depending on your country's customs policy. Any applicable charges are the buyer's responsibility.
- After the order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number and you can check the status of your order in the Track your Order section on our website.
Returns
How can you return an item?
- If you are not satisfied with the product, as long as the product is in good condition, you can return it within 30 days after receipt. Under normal circumstances, the refund process will be completed within 2-4 working days after the warehouse receives the goods.
What if I receive an unsatisfactory item or the size doesn't fit?
- If there is a quality issue with the product, the return shipping cost will be borne by the seller.
- For non-quality issues (e.g. unsatisfied with the item or wrong size chosen), returns and exchanges are accepted, but the buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
