Returns
How can you return an item?
- If you are not satisfied with the product, as long as the product is in good condition, you can return it within 30 days after receipt. Under normal circumstances, the refund process will be completed within 2-4 working days after the warehouse receives the goods.
What if I receive an unsatisfactory item or the size doesn't fit?
- If there is a quality issue with the product, the return shipping cost will be borne by the seller.
- For non-quality issues (e.g. unsatisfied with the item or wrong size chosen), returns and exchanges are accepted, but the buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

For customers in the United States, eligible returns or exchanges can usually be sent to a local forwarding warehouse, with return shipping typically costing only $10–$20. We will cover the return shipping cost for product quality issues. For non-quality-related returns or exchanges, the buyer is responsible for return shipping. For customers outside the United States, we will also do our best to offer a similar solution and minimize any return shipping costs you may need to pay.
